Club Management * Manage athlete, parent, team, and group registrations. * Associate coaches with teams and programs. * Quickly access branch, division, and team information. * Track club information within your authority from a single screen. Attendance and Training Tracking * Coaches can take attendance for their teams and groups via phone. * Athletes can report their participation in training using QR codes. * Absence and attendance information is kept on record. * Training, competition, and event schedules can be viewed. Membership Fee and Payment Tracking * View athlete membership fee plans and payment statuses. * Track overdue and upcoming payments. * Access payment records and past transactions. * Authorized users can monitor collection and payment status on a club basis. Athlete Development * Create branch-specific development metrics. * Record athlete performance and development measurements. * Track changes in height, weight, and other measurements over time. * Athletes and parents can view development information within their authorized limits. Nutrition Tracking If your club has a dietitian, nutrition programs prepared for athletes can be tracked through the application. The dietitian only sees the athletes assigned to them. Athletes or parents can record the status of meal implementation. Parent Communication * View club announcements and training information. * Record parent requests and track their status. * Access athlete attendance, program, development, and payment information from a single location. * Receive notifications for important changes. Role-Based Access Each user only sees the information authorized by their institution. Administrator, coach, athlete, parent, and dietitian screens differ according to user role. To use ClubTracking, your account must be created by a sports school or club that uses ClubTracking, or your institution's login information must be provided to you. Available features may vary depending on your institution's package, settings, and the permissions granted to you.
