The KSeF Assistant helps you track received invoices from the National e-Invoice System directly on your phone. Connect the app to the KSeF using your company's Tax Identification Number (NIP) and a token from the Taxpayer App. Invoices sync securely on your device – you can view, search, and mark them as paid, even without constantly queried by the system. Key features: • List of received invoices from the KSeF • Net, VAT, and gross amounts • Payment due date and payment status • Invoice details and items • Search by company or invoice number • Sort by issue date or payment due date • Notifications before an upcoming payment due date • Securely store the token on your phone How to get started: 1. Generate a KSeF token in the Taxpayer App (requires permission to read invoices). 2. Enter your company's Tax Identification Number (NIP) and paste the token. 3. Connect and refresh the invoice list. The app is designed to read and organize invoices received at the National Tax Administration (KSeF). It does not replace the Taxpayer App or official Ministry of Finance tools. Your login details and invoice list are stored locally on your device. You can disconnect your account and delete your local data at any time.
