"Krusva is a meal planning companion for people who work long, late, or irregular shifts. It helps you set up a shift, record meals during short breaks, and review what worked when the shift is over. Enter your shift window, expected break times, storage access, microwave access, caffeine preference, and personal shift goal. Krusva builds a Shift Board with meal, water, and caffeine checkpoints organized around your break schedule. During a break, take a meal photo or choose one from your library, then add editable estimates for energy, protein, fat, carbs, water, caffeine, ingredients, break length, hunger, energy, comfort, and notes. Krusva shows a Shift Plate Score based on practical fit factors such as protein, water pairing, prep effort, storage needs, and time until the next break. The score is for planning only and changes when you edit your log. Saved Packs help you prepare meals that fit your shift conditions. Build reusable packs with prep steps, storage tags, break-fit labels, photos, and notes, then log a pack to your current Shift Board. The Crew area includes shift-tested pack posts, user-created packs, public shift notes, save actions, worked-on-shift marks, contributor follows, and report or block controls. Users are reminded not to include private workplace details, faces, badges, charts, or other sensitive information. Shift Review summarizes logged meals, water, caffeine, missed break windows, useful packs, and next-shift ideas. Optional actions use Shift Credits, including plate estimate flows, pack generation, and review export. Krusva is not a clinical tool. All nutrition values are editable estimates for personal planning."
