RACE DEBRIEF Nominate a race the night before. Afterwards, a full debrief: your effort against prior races at the same distance, the lead-in that got you there, and what the weather cost. A prediction is made before the gun and graded against the result, and the model calibrates to how you actually race. FUEL, NOT CALORIES Log food by voice or by tapping a regular. Kovr turns it into a fuelling read for the training you're doing — carbs before the long run, fluid after the hot one, protein after the gym. Targets move with your load.
