Kopesha is loan management software for financial institutions in Tanzania. It is built for microfinance providers, SACCOS, VICOBA and similar lenders, so their records live in one place instead of paper ledgers and spreadsheets. BORROWER RECORDS Register a borrower once, then open their history any time — what they were lent, what they have paid, and what is left. Search by name or phone number in seconds. LOANS AND REPAYMENTS Write a loan with its repayment schedule. See active loans, loans close to their end date, and overdue ones. Take repayments and produce a receipt on the spot. REPORTS THAT FOOT See real profit for any period you choose — interest received, losses, capital lent out and capital returned. Every repayment is split between capital and interest in the loan's own ratio, so the figure you read is the real one, not an estimate. Export the underlying records to CSV for your books. SMS Send a borrower a payment reminder, an overdue notice or a receipt, straight from the app. STAFF AND PERMISSIONS Create accounts for your staff and choose exactly what each person may do: register borrowers, issue loans, take repayments, send SMS, read reports. Every action is recorded. PUBLIC PROFILE Publish your institution's profile so people looking for financial services can find you — name, location, phone number and the services you offer. A member of the public can ask you to call them, and the request arrives in the app. FOR THE PUBLIC Find registered financial institutions near you, see where their offices are, and ask them to call you. It is free, and the choice stays yours. SUBSCRIPTION — KOPESHA PRO Kopesha is free to download. Borrower records, loans, repayments, reports and SMS require a Kopesha Pro subscription, purchased inside the app. How to subscribe: open the menu, tap "Gharama na tozo" (Pricing), choose one of the three plans, then confirm the purchase with your Apple ID. Length and price of each plan, in Tanzania: - Kopesha Pro, 1 month — TSh 20,000 per month - Kopesha Pro, 6 months — TSh 99,000 per 6-month period - Kopesha Pro, 1 year — TSh 199,000 per year In every other country the price is shown inside the app, in your own App Store currency, before you confirm anything. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the same price, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in Settings on your device, under your name, then Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out. No free trial is offered.
