It is a private, local-first companion for residents, dues, expenses and maintenance — every number, contact and decision on your own device, with no account, no sign-up and no cloud upload. The property management app keeps working offline at a basement inspection or a parking-lot walkthrough, and there is no third-party server holding resident phone numbers or repair invoices. Every feature described below is unlocked only with an auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the app. New users receive a 3 day free trial; you may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Build a resident roster with units, contacts, vehicles and parking spots, then track dues and fees with a clean paid-and-unpaid view per unit. The expense tracker sorts utilities, repairs, salaries and supplies into monthly and yearly summaries so cash position is always clear. A maintenance log captures what was done, when, by whom and at what cost, with a photo of the repair or a vendor receipt grabbed from the camera. An issue tracker moves problems from report to assigned to resolved, and a document vault keeps contracts, minutes and invoices searchable.
