Kölsch Catch — the arcade game for anyone who loves the buzz of a Cologne pub Welcome to the Brauhaus! Above your head, Kölsch glasses are falling — the slim 0.2-litre glasses used to pour Kölsch in Cologne. Drag the Kölsch tray, the round metal tray the waiter (Köbes) carries his glasses on, across the screen with your finger and catch as many as you can. HOW TO PLAY Your tray holds eleven glasses. Every glass you catch fills a spot; once the tray is full, the Köbes delivers it and you score a bonus. A glass you miss shatters on the floor and costs you a coaster — run out of those, and your run is over. Besides the classic Kölsch glass, other things fall from above: • Bonus tray — fills three spots at once • Water glass — costs no points, but drops your multiplier • Alt beer — Düsseldorf's arch-rival! Catch it and you lose your entire half-filled tray • Sparks — collect three for a power-up: slow motion, a wider tray, or a magnet that pulls glasses toward you Catch several glasses in a row and you build a combo that multiplies your score up to five times over. Ten levels take you deeper into the after-work rush — each one a little faster and fuller than the last. YOUR RUN, YOUR BEST SCORE Score, level reached, and best combo are saved to an on-device leaderboard — and automatically to the worldwide leaderboard too: after your first run, Kölsch Catch submits your result there under your chosen nickname. The view can be switched between "All time", "7 days" and "30 days". Not keen on automatic submission? Turn it off any time in settings. Chase your own best or measure yourself against players worldwide, and see how many full trays you can deliver in a single run. A FREE BREWERY TOUR SPOT EVERY WEEK Among the ten best runs of each week, we raffle a voucher for a free spot on one of our brewery tours in Cologne. Taking part is free and happens automatically with a submitted run — the draw is every Sunday at 6 pm. If you have won, the app tells you the next time you open it.
