KOKODASU (ココダス) Trial Version is a free trial version of a simple location-sharing app that sends location information via email at regular intervals. Named after the Akita dialect phrase "kokodasu" (meaning "I'm here"), it allows you to easily send your location information via email at regular intervals. ■ About the Trial Version This app is a trial version that allows you to try the same functions as the paid version of "KOKODASU" for 7 days free of charge. You can use it just like the paid version for 7 days from the date you first start sending location information. If you wish to continue using it after the trial period ends, you will need to purchase the paid version of "KOKODASU". It can be used in situations where you want to subtly communicate "where you are now," such as monitoring while out and about, or regularly informing family and friends of your current location. ■ Main Functions 【Start/Stop Sending】 The "Start Sending" button starts sending location information, and the "Stop Sending" button stops it. It's easy to operate only when needed. 【Automatic Location Information Sending】 After sending starts, location information (GPS) is acquired at set intervals and automatically sent to the specified email address. [Location Confirmation on Map] Tapping the location information (Google Maps link) in the received email allows you to check your current location in a map app or browser. [Various Settings] ・Sender and recipient email addresses (one each) ・SMTP (mail server) settings ・Sending interval (can be set in seconds, minutes, or hours) ■ Privacy Considerations KOKODASU does not store or relay location information or personal information on the operator's servers. Location information is only used to send emails to the specified recipient via the SMTP server set by the user. Email settings information is stored on the device. ■ Recommended for: ・Those who want to try the free version first before considering the paid version ・Those who want to regularly share their location with family and friends ・Those who want simple and easy-to-understand location sharing Simply press "Start Sending" to send "I'm here" only when necessary. ■ Usage Notes ・Location information acquisition and background sending require permission for location information and related permissions on the device. • Sending emails requires configuring your email service (SMTP). • Please configure the recipient, sending interval, etc., in the app's settings screen beforehand. • The trial period is 7 days from the first time you start sending location information. After the trial period ends, you will need to upgrade to the paid version.
