Kofuku helps you hear from others who choose to share their personal experiences, while encouraging thoughtful, respectful exchanges. Content and discussions are moderated to help reduce misinformation and maintain a constructive environment. Your Journey Matters Campfires are topic-based discussion spaces where users can talk openly about their experiences, milestones, or challenges. These conversations are designed to be supportive and empathetic, helping people feel heard and understood. Conduct Polls Polls allow users to gather informal opinions from the community. They’re a way to understand how others think or feel, not a source of professional guidance. Host a Quiz Quizzes are designed for engagement and general awareness, offering a light way to explore health-related topics and encourage learning. Sunrise Club: Informational Content Sunrise Club features health-related articles intended for general informational purposes. Content is reviewed by qualified medical professionals to support accuracy and clarity, but it does not replace professional medical advice. Join Communities That Care Campfires bring people together around shared health topics, including long-term conditions, mental wellbeing, fitness, and parenting. These spaces are actively moderated to encourage respectful participation and reduce harmful behaviour. Privacy and Anonymity Kofuku allows users to participate without displaying real names or personal photos.
