Koadi Technology connects you with ID-verified IT technicians who fix the things that stop your day — a computer that crawls, Wi-Fi that keeps dropping, a printer that vanished from the network, email that won't send, a virus, a file you thought was gone, a new machine or a new office to set up. Describe the problem in your own words. You don't need to know what's wrong. That's the technician's job. HOW IT WORKS 1. Post the problem. Add photos from your library if they help. 2. Choose how you want to buy the work. Set your own fixed price and post it as a Quick job, or open it to bids and let technicians send you a quote with their price and their approach. 3. A technician takes it on — remotely, by chat and voice call, or in person when a technician near you is available. 4. They mark it done. You look at the work. Nothing is released to your technician until you approve it. WHAT YOU PAY Posting is free. Receiving quotes is free. There is no visit fee and no diagnostic fee. On a Quick job you pre-fund the price you set when you post it. On a bid job you pay nothing until you accept a quote. Either way, Koadi holds the money until you approve the finished work. Cancel before the technician starts and you get a full refund automatically. Tipping is optional, and a tip goes to your technician in full. WHO YOU'RE LETTING IN Before a technician can bid on or accept any paid work, they pass an identity check: a government ID, a live selfie, and a face match against the ID. Anything the check cannot settle goes to a person on our team for review. Technicians who also send a certificate of insurance get an Insured badge. IN THE APP - Chat with your technician and call them, without either of you handing over a phone number - Watch their screen during a call when it helps to see what they're doing - Photos of the problem, straight from your photo library - Card payments handled by Stripe — Koadi never sees your card number - Face ID or Touch ID sign-in - Sign in with Apple, or with Google - Push notifications when a quote lands, a technician replies, or the work is finished - A receipt for every completed job - Koadi Assist, a built-in assistant that helps you write up the problem and find your way around the app. It won't try to troubleshoot your machine — that's what the technicians are for. - Rate your technician when the job is done, and read what other people said about theirs FOR TECHNICIANS Get Koadi Verified, browse open jobs, send quotes, and do the work you're already good at. Your share of every completed job becomes a balance you can see in the app, and you withdraw it to your bank through Stripe on your own schedule. Tips are yours in full. WHERE WE WORK Remote help anywhere in the US. On-site visits wherever a verified technician is available near you, and the network is growing across the country. You must be 18 to use Koadi.
