KMD Opus Employee gives you easy and secure access to your most important employee information – right when you need it. The app is developed for employees in organizations that use KMD Opus as their HR and payroll system. With Opus Employee, you can register hours, apply for absence, report driving, view your taxes and keep your information up to date – all from your phone. KEY FEATURES • My Information View and update your personal and contact information, relatives and bank details. Be sure that your employer always has the right information. • My Hours Register working hours, overtime, homework and allowances quickly and easily. Use templates for repeated registrations and follow the status of your reports – approved, pending or rejected. My Absence Get a full overview of vacation, illness, care days and other absences. View your balances, apply for new absences and follow the status – both in list view and in a clear calendar. My Trip Quickly register your trip with map and address lookup. Add via points, save drafts and send your trip for approval when you're ready. Choices – Free Choice & Senior Manage your choices in the free choice scheme and the senior scheme directly in the app. Tax See your deduction percentage, choose a main card or secondary card, and customize additional deductions – without having to log in to multiple systems. SECURITY AND PRIVACY Your information is treated confidentially and in accordance with GDPR and applicable Danish legislation. All communication between the app and KMD's systems is encrypted, and you can log in securely with biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint) when your device supports it.
