KlockApp is an attendance control tool for companies with one or more work locations. It allows employees to record clock-ins, clock-outs, and breaks directly from their mobile phones, with geolocation and facial recognition validation. The information is sent to the administrative dashboard in real time and is available for payroll and auditing. Main features: - Time tracking with Face ID verification. - Location validation by branch or assigned area. - Daily summary with clock-in time, clock-out time, and total hours worked. - Individual employee history and aggregated company reports. - Multi-company and multi-client configuration with unique branding (logo, colors, and company name) for each account. To use it, the administrator generates a QR code from the web panel, and the employee scans it with the app. The account is then linked and ready to record attendance. Targeted for Human Resources departments, operations management, and companies with on-site staffing models.
