Store description excerpt
Kitty Cup House is a gentle hide-and-seek game for iPad, designed by a child and made for anyone who likes kittens. MAKE A HOUSE THAT IS YOURS Pick a cosy cottage, a tall townhouse, or a house up in the trees. Inside every one there is a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a playroom waiting to be made your own. Move straight in to a house that is already furnished, or start with empty rooms and build it yourself. Choose the wallpaper and the floor for each room, then fill them with bunk beds, a stove, a fireplace, a cat tower, a rocking horse and plenty more. Your house is saved, so it is waiting for you next time. THEN FIND THE KITTENS Press start and teacups appear all through the house, on the shelves, on the sofa and under the table. Some have a kitten hiding underneath and some do not. Lift a cup to see. You stand in one room at a time, so swipe to walk from room to room while the clock is running. Knowing where to look next is most of the game. Every kitten you find is worth 20 points, and 100 points finishes the level. Every kitten also puts two seconds back on the clock, so a good run keeps itself going. Look carefully. A cup with a kitten under it gives a little wiggle. TWENTY LEVELS Level one gives you a whole minute. Level two gives you thirty seconds. Every level after that gives you ten, and gets harder a different way instead: more cups to search through, and fewer kittens hiding among them. Levels unlock one at a time, and any level you have reached can be played again whenever you like. Run out of time and the level starts afresh with the cups hidden somewhere new, so it is never the same twice. COINS FOR EVERY KITTEN Each kitten is worth two coins, and finishing a level for the first time pays a handful more. Spend them on the rest of the furniture and on new wallpapers and floors, right where you would put them. Nothing in the game costs real money. FOR GROWN-UPS No adverts. No in-app purchases. No accounts and nothing to sign in to. The game never connects to the internet and collects nothing at all. The only things it saves are the house you decorated and the coins you earned, kept on your own iPad. Designed by EdieLiz.
