Inside each client's page, the constellation is drawn line by line as the sale progresses — and once the deal closes, it shines in gold. One glance tells you exactly where things stand. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your free account — with Google, Apple (iPhone) or your email. 2. Add your contact (name, phone), with their consent. 3. Follow the transaction in the app — nothing to manage yourself. 4. When the deed is signed at the notary, your bonus is paid. THE SALE, STEP BY STEP • A clear timeline for every client: first contact, valuation, mandate, viewings, offer accepted, preliminary contract, deed signed. • Every milestone is dated and explained in plain words. • A push notification arrives at every change — nothing to chase, you are always in the loop.
