The children's meditation app has been specially developed and designed for children between 6 and 12 years old. The meditations are written and recorded by Jiska from her many years of experience as a pedagogue, mindfulness trainer and yoga teacher. The meditations are accessible stories for children, they connect to their experience and are down to earth. The average duration of a meditation is about 8 minutes. You can find these meditations in the app, among others: - The beach It's a hot day. The sun shining in the sky. There is not a cloud in the sky. The sky is blue, clear blue as far as you can see. You decide to go to the beach today. - The northern Lights Suddenly you find yourself holding your breath. Completely in amazement… You exhale calmly. Breathe in again. You just keep watching the shapes and the colors change. What color do you see now? And what shape? In your mind you can always change this. Just look at all those beautiful stars and the enchanting northern lights... The app contains two free meditations and are ad-free. The other meditations are available when you subscribe to the app. This is possible for € 2.99 per month or for € 29.99 per year. New meditations are regularly added to the app so that you don't get bored. With the money we earn from the app, we want to develop new meditations and reach even more children in both the Netherlands and abroad. Our dream is to set up a foundation from which we can finance mindfulness programs for children who cannot afford it.
