KiKEL is a system that uses a smartphone camera to read AR markers (KiKEL markers) printed on paper and plays audio. The markers are anime character faces and mini-illustrations, and the sounds include voice actors, musical instrument performances, animal sounds, and environmental sounds. In addition, it is an audio medium that can be used as an alternative to CDs, making it ideal for physical collections and as gifts that can be handed out by hand. A wide range of audio products can be developed, including greeting cards, bromides (trading cards), stamp rallies, manga, picture books, picture books, educational materials, audio manuals, and advertisements. Since multiple audio files can be stored at the same time, it is possible to support the multilingualization of picture books and teaching materials at low cost.
