Together we are experts in our own field. Our topics are as diverse as the people themselves. The realization "I'm not alone!" encourages and gives confidence in the development of new perspectives. The community of those affected, relatives and interested parties offers support and strengthens our self-confidence. Reliable contacts are formed and trusting friendships often develop. Self-help offers determine their organizational form themselves and develop their own style in the sense of self-help that is compatible with their principles. The most important elements of all self-help offers are open discussion, trust, mutual help and mutual understanding.
