Store description excerpt

"The day before rain, I always feel down." Record it, and the pattern becomes visible. Kiatsu pairs your iPhone's built-in barometer with one-tap logging of mood, headache, and fatigue to visualize how low-pressure days overlap with how you feel. You suspect the weather sways your condition, but bouncing between a weather app and a diary never sticks. Kiatsu puts measured pressure and today's condition on one screen - the simplest possible combination. ■ Today's alert level at a glance From the device barometer's actual readings, the app computes the current value plus 24-hour and 6-hour changes, and shows a four-level status (stable / slight caution / caution / alert) using deterministic built-in rules. No external weather API. The underlying numbers are always visible. ■ One-tap logging Pick mood (5 levels), headache (4), fatigue (4) - the pressure is attached automatically (manual entry or blank is fine on devices without a barometer). Notes stay on your device. ■ Tomorrow check & evening notice Enter tomorrow's forecast pressure and the app rates tomorrow with the same built-in rules. On caution/alert days, a local notification arrives at 8 PM the night before, so you can plan a lighter day. ■ Pressure-condition trend charts Daily minimum pressure plotted with your headache days overlaid, plus automatic comparison between low-pressure days and the rest. 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day trends - all free. ■ A one-line note for today A short built-in message accompanies today's summary (alert level and your entries). No external connection. ■ Privacy first - All records stay on your device; there is no developer server - No account, no analytics SDK - Note text is never sent anywhere ■ About ads A small banner appears at the bottom. A one-time "Remove Ads" purchase ($0.99, no auto-renewal) hides it forever. No feature limits either way. ■ Important This is a self-care recording tool, not a medical device. "Weather pain" is a colloquial term, not a diagnosis; the app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent anything. Alert levels are mechanical reference indicators computed from pressure data. Consult a medical professional about any health concerns.
