Store description excerpt
Khatm AI is a Quran reader that listens. Open the mushaf, tap the microphone, and start reciting. The app follows your voice verse by verse, marks where you are, and turns the page for you — so your hands stay free and your eyes stay on the text. Recognition runs entirely on your device. Your voice is never recorded, never uploaded, and never sent to a server. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to. The app works with the phone in airplane mode. FOUR WAYS TO READ Reading — Recite and let the app keep your place. Verse tracking with automatic page turning across all 604 pages of the Madinah mushaf. Listening — Play a recitation from well-known reciters, verse by verse or surah by surah, with the text highlighted as it is recited. Learning — Study word by word with tajweed colouring, and replay any ayah at your own pace. Tafsir & Translation — Read commentary and translation alongside the verse, in your own language. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU READ • Full Madinah mushaf, Hafs 'an 'Asim, 604 pages with authentic tajweed colouring • Khatm progress tracking by juz and page, so you always know where you are • Bookmarks and resume-where-you-left-off • Light and dark themes • Eleven interface languages: English, Arabic, Turkish, Indonesian, Urdu, Bengali, French, Spanish, Kurdish, Somali and more • Full iPad support, portrait and landscape • Screen stays awake while you recite FREE, AND FREE OF EVERYTHING ELSE Every mode is free. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no account. The app collects no personal data of any kind. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Khatm AI is a study aid, not a religious authority. Speech recognition is probabilistic and can be wrong — its feedback should never be treated as confirmation that a recitation is correct. For religious guidance, consult a qualified scholar. The Quranic text and tajweed colouring come from the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex. Tafsir and translation texts come from a public open dataset, and each book's author is credited on its own screen. Full attribution is available in the app under Settings → Sources & licenses.
