In order to use the services in the KG Lounge (CAFÉ KG, thinK Gate) application, information from the KG Group Groupware (LINE WORKS) is required. main function [CAFÉ KG] 1. Registration / Purchase: You can purchase or register a mobile CAFÉ KG prepaid card (mobile phone payment / credit card payment). 2. Recharge: You can add the balance of the registered prepaid card. (Mobile Phone Payment / Credit Card Payment) 3. Gift: You can present your CAFÉ KG prepaid card to other KG employees. 4. History: You can check the history of payments with a prepaid card. 5. Transfer balance: You can bring up the prepaid card list and transfer the balance of the card. 6. Card management: Prepaid card loss report and card deletion page, such as card management. -Lost Report: Lost Report is available to stop the prepaid card function. Lost Report Cards can be transferred or deleted from other cards. -Card Deletion: You can delete a card with a balance of 0. 7. Settings: You can check the version of the application and the terms of service, and make other settings and log out. [thinK Gate] 1. Reservation Status: You can check the reservation status of the entire conference room (in use: purple). 2. Reservation: You can make a thinK Gate reservation. -You can check the reservation status of each meeting room on the day and make a reservation. -Start time: You can specify the date and time. -End time: Up to 2 hours available from the start time. -Booker: It is set as the account owner to log in to the lounge app. -Select meeting: You can select the type of meeting (ex. Business meeting, weekly meeting, interview, etc.) -Repeat Setting: You can set the repeat of the reservation (ex. Weekly, Monthly) -Password: Password setting field.
