KeyTCS is a mobile access application developed to facilitate the opening of authorized doors in communities, buildings, main entrances, and garages compatible with the KeyTCS system. The app allows each user to use their own mobile phone as an access system, replacing or complementing traditional remotes, keys, or cards. Each Access Code is linked to a specific community and opening modules, so the user can only use the doors for which they have been authorized. From the KeyTCS management platform, the administrator can register communities, opening modules, and users, activate or deactivate access, monitor app usage, and easily manage each user's permissions. The mobile application synchronizes with the platform to show the user the available doors and allow for quick opening. KeyTCS is designed for practical, convenient, and secure use. Once the user is configured, the app retains authorized access so that opening is quick even when the connection to the platform is temporarily unavailable, always within the previously assigned permissions. The system is designed for homeowners' associations, residential buildings, private entrances, garages, and other environments where mobile access management is required.
