Barcode lookups do not use your cloud-analysis allowance. • Describe: type or dictate foods such as “2 eggs, ½ avocado and black coffee,” then review the result before saving. REVIEW BEFORE YOU LOG KetoLock separates foods when possible and shows estimated portions, total carbs, fiber, sugar alcohols, protein and fat. Adjust a food, portion or nutrition value whenever an estimate does not match your plate or label. Confidence and source information help explain where an estimate came from. CHECK THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE When an ingredient list or meal description is available, KetoLock highlights terms and serving details that may deserve a closer look, including added sugars, starches and sugar alcohols. It cannot identify ingredients that are not disclosed and does not measure whether you are in ketosis. YOUR DAILY NET-CARB VIEW See logged net carbs against your chosen daily limit, with meal history, hydration, weight, steps and progress views. Apple Health integration is optional. APPLE-FIRST WHERE SUPPORTED On supported iPhones, Automatic mode uses Apple Intelligence first for the private Describe-a-Meal conversation. When you tap Review & Log, KetoLock sends only your exact meal words to its cloud service to ground the nutrition estimate before you review it. Choose On-device only to keep both meal chat and extraction local; local results are not database-grounded, and cloud photo analysis is unavailable in that mode.
