Every important document in one place — passports, ID cards, travel permits, driver's licenses, visas — with reminders long before anything expires, and nothing ever uploaded to a server of ours. Over 100 document templates across 19 countries, so the fields are already the right fields wherever your documents are from. Photos, chat history and email attachments were never built for this. When you need a document number at a counter, you scroll. When a passport lapses, nobody warns you. And most document apps solve that by uploading scans of your identity to their servers. Keptu takes the opposite approach: there is nowhere for us to upload them to. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, and no Keptu server that ever receives your documents — so there is nothing of yours to leak, or to subpoena. • Scans are read on your iPhone. OCR never sends your documents anywhere. • Face ID stands between anyone holding your phone and your document details. • Your documents stay on your device. If you turn on Keptu Pro's iCloud sync, they sync encrypted through your own private iCloud — never through us. CAPTURE IN SECONDS • Point the camera at a document and on-device OCR fills in the fields for you. • Import from your photo library, or type it in by hand. • Multi-page documents stay together as one record. NEVER EXPIRE BY SURPRISE • A radar view shows what's due, from months out down to this week. • Reminders arrive well before the deadline, not the morning of. • Track what you've already started renewing, so nothing gets checked twice. BUILT FOR A FAMILY • Keep documents for your parents, partner and kids alongside your own. • See at a glance whose document needs attention next. SHARE WITHOUT OVERSHARING • Export a document as a PDF when an office asks for one. • Every share is recorded, so you know what left your device and when. Keptu Pro adds encrypted iCloud sync across your devices and unlimited family members. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in your Apple Account settings.
