This Application can work in offline mode if network is not available. Each user will have their credentials generated by Admin Panel by website. There is a provision to use SOS mode for waste collection if there is some issue in barcode scanning or issue in weighing scale. There is a provision to check offline data stored in android App, and you can also check your history
