Start from proven templates or build a filter condition by condition. PREVIEW BEFORE ACTIVATION Test a rule against recent mail before turning it on. Keep new filters paused, observe them in Shadow mode, send uncertain matches to Review Only, and activate reversible actions when you are ready. REVIEW WITH CONTEXT See which filter matched, why it qualified, and what happened next. Restore a message, trust a sender or domain, move mail to Reading Later, retry an action, or pause the matching filter. CONTROL EVERY CONNECTED INBOX Monitor protection health, refresh provider listeners, sync trusted contacts, manage sender groups, choose digest timing, and receive privacy-safe notifications. PRIVACY BY DESIGN KeepKnown does not read email bodies for core filtering. Provider authorization stays on KeepKnown’s secured server and is never stored on your phone. Export or permanently delete your account and data at any time. An existing KeepKnown account is required.
