The app enables staff to check in and check out securely using location verification and a quick photo capture to confirm identity. It ensures accurate attendance records and eliminates manual paper-based processes Key Features Secure Check-In & Check-Out: Employees can mark attendance directly from their mobile device. Location Verification: The app uses GPS location only while the user is actively marking attendance. This ensures that the employee is physically present at the designated worksite. Photo Capture Verification: A one-time selfie is captured during check-in/check-out to confirm the identity of the person marking attendance. Real-Time Records: Attendance data is instantly recorded and made available to authorized timekeepers and HR. User-Friendly Interface: Simple and fast workflow designed for daily use by KCPC staff. Secure Data Handling: All photos and location logs are used only for attendance verification and HR purposes. No data is shared with external third parties. Why KCPC Attendance? This app helps KCPC maintain accurate attendance logs, reduce fraud, and ensure proper workforce management. By combining GPS verification with photo identification, the system ensures each attendance entry is performed by the correct employee at the correct location. Privacy & Permissions Location (while in use): Required to verify the employee’s presence at the workplace. Camera: Required to capture a verification photo during check-in/check-out.
