KAR turns your gated community into a marketplace. Sell the bicycle your child outgrew to the family three floors up. Find the neighbour in B block who makes fresh idli batter every morning. Ask four hundred people who live in your building whether anyone has a drill you can borrow — instead of asking a city of nine million. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Buy and sell — furniture, electronics, bicycles, whatever you no longer need • Run a shop or a kitchen from your own flat, with no approval queue • Offer a service — tutoring, tailoring, repairs — to the people nearest you • Post what you need and let your neighbours answer CASH ONLY, IN PERSON KAR handles no money at all. You agree a price, you meet in the lobby, you pay in cash. There is no payment gateway, no delivery charge and no card details anywhere in the app — so nothing sits between you and the person you are buying from. ONLY YOUR NEIGHBOURS Every request to join a community is approved by hand by that community's admin, so the people you are trading with are the people who live in your building — not strangers from across the city. KAR asks for no location permission to do it. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG Report any listing, message or member, and your community's admin can act on it. Block anyone instantly, without waiting for a moderator — they cannot message you, and their posts disappear from your feeds. You can undo it whenever you like. Browse the whole app without an account. Sign in with your phone number only when you want to post, message or review.
