SCAN PAPER INTO PDF - Edges are found automatically as you point the camera - Adjust the four corners with your finger - Documents are named from the largest text on the page - Capture as many pages as you like, all in one PDF - Import from your camera roll, in the order you pick - Open PDFs from Mail, messaging apps, or AirDrop PUT SEVERAL PHOTOS ON ONE SHEET - Divide an A4 sheet into 1 to 10 places, portrait or landscape - Drag each photo where you want it; spread two fingers to resize - Align: back to grid, left, right, centre, top, bottom, or even gaps - Nothing is cropped, so no edge of a document is ever lost - The margins are left free on purpose, to write a date or a note - Soften a photo's edge so that it melts into the paper - Tap a photo three times to take it off; undo puts it back - The sheet is an ordinary document: export it as PDF or JPEG - Rearrange it later; what you wrote in the margin stays MARK IT UP - Place text, and change the typeface, color, and size - Over sixty symbols: arrows, shapes, numbers, marks, everyday things - A draggable arrow links two places on the page - Add stickers made from your own photos - Highlight a line; the text underneath stays readable - Draw over anything you would rather not show - Drag to move, pull the corner to resize, turn it to any angle Nothing is burned in. WRITE ON A BLANK PAGE - Add an empty sheet to a document from Add, then Blank page - Portrait or landscape - Six edge trims: none, thin, double, rounded, corner, dotted - Every markup tool works on it, just as on a scanned page - You can put a few photos on it too READ THE TEXT OFF THE PAGE - Tap Read text and the words on that page are lifted out - Correct anything that came out wrong, right there SIGN IT - Sign with your finger; the stroke follows your hand like a pen - Or type your name and pick a style - Nine colours: black, white, blue, red, green, sky blue, purple, pink, orange - A signature you make once is kept, ready to place again MAKE A QR CODE - Type a URL and you have a QR code SORT INTO FOLDERS - Group documents into folders - Put folders inside folders, as deep as you like - Press and hold a document, then drop it on a folder - Give a folder one of eight colours - Send everything in a folder as a single ZIP LOCK WHAT IS PRIVATE - Lock a folder or a single document - Opening it asks for Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode - Leaving the app locks them again It uses the Face ID and passcode already on your iPhone. ORGANIZE PAGES - Reorder, rotate, delete, and add pages later - Search by name; documents inside folders are included SEND AND KEEP - Preview exactly what goes out before you send it - Export as PDF or JPE
