Kamdhenu Aviation is the field app for ground support equipment work — painting, refurbishment and servicing — from the work order down to the individual unit. Everything the site needs in one place: what was ordered, what has been started, what is finished, the material it consumed, and who was there to do it. WORK ORDERS AND JOB WORKS • Raise job works against a work order line and follow them by site, equipment and date • Every unit carries its own serial number, a before picture and an after picture • Mark a unit done with the approver's photo and name, captured at the moment of sign-off • Pending quantity is ordered minus done minus in progress, so work under way is never counted as still pending EQUIPMENT PROGRESS • One row per unit, with its serial, work order, days worked and status • Pending, in progress and done are counted from the job works themselves — no separate figure to keep up to date by hand • Filter by site, work order, equipment or status, and export exactly what you filtered MATERIALS AND STOCK • Material master with codes, categories and images • Material IN and OUT vouchers, with a remark against each line rather than one for the whole voucher • Stock is IN minus OUT across every voucher, so the number is always current • Out-of-stock materials are surfaced on the dashboard ATTENDANCE WITH FACE VERIFICATION • Mark IN and OUT by face scan — the camera watches and fires by itself once the face is properly framed, then identifies the person against the faces enrolled for that site • Each punch records the time, the photo taken at that moment, and the location with its resolved address • A worker marks their own attendance; a supervisor marks for members of their own site; an administrator for everyone • Daily view with in time, out time, punch photos and hours worked • Monthly grid showing present, incomplete and absent for every employee against every day of the month REPORTS AND EXPORTS • Excel and PDF export on every list, covering the whole filtered result rather than only the page on screen • A detailed monthly attendance export carrying status, in, out and hours for each day BULK IMPORT • Bring materials, equipment, sites, members and work orders in from a spreadsheet • Rows are checked before anything is written, so a bad row is fixed in the file instead of being unpicked from your records afterwards BUILT FOR THE SITE • Phone and tablet — on a tablet the navigation opens out and full tables are shown side by side • Light and dark theme • Sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code, or with an email and password ACCESS AND ROLES Access is by an account issued by your organisation; there is no public sign-up. Supervisors and members see only the site they are assigned to, and an administrator sees everything.
