Kalox counts your reps in real time using on-device pose tracking, scores your form, and gives you concrete cues to improve. Your camera footage is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded. SKILL TREES Five full progressions — planche, front lever, handstand, muscle-up, and pistol squat. Take a quick assessment, get placed at the right level, and unlock the next step as you complete sessions. No missed-day guilt: your program advances when you train, not when the calendar flips.
