Draw a building, scan a real room with LiDAR, or turn a photo into an editable plan - then layer seven specialist tools onto that single drawing without ever touching the original. Everything reads the same live plan. Edit a wall and your 3D view, fire-escape routes, CCTV cones and WiFi heatmap all follow. One drawing, many deliverables - no redrawing, no learning CAD. DRAW & SCAN - Rooms, layered walls, doors, windows, openings, lights and radiators, in real metres - Draw a whole building floor by floor, with shared walls that snap and connect - Scan a room with Apple RoomPlan on a LiDAR-equipped Pro iPhone or iPad - processed on-device and tidied into a clean, editable plan (importing scans works on any supported device) - Smart Draw turns a photo, PDF or plan into editable rooms, walls, doors and windows on-device - you tick the rooms you want.
