JUDOU helps you see, at a glance on a map, what kind of home you can afford in each area for your income. Using open data from Japan's MLIT Real Estate Library, JUDOU plots actual real-estate transaction prices as pins on the map. Enter your annual income and a simple loan estimate computes your maximum purchase price, then colors each pin as affordable (blue), over budget (gray), or no-price (purple). Out-of-budget homes still show in gray so you can read the local market while you explore. Tap a pin for details: price, area, price per square meter, layout, build year, structure, location, and trade period, plus the estimated monthly loan payment under your current loan assumptions. Highlights: - Nearby real-estate transaction prices plotted on a map - Automatic affordable / over-budget coloring from your income - Property details with an estimated monthly payment - Japanese and English supported Data source: MLIT Real Estate Library. Prices reflect past transactions, not homes currently for sale or asking prices. The loan estimate is approximate and does not guarantee actual lending terms or eligibility. JUDOU is free.
