Store description excerpt

You quoted the job standing in someone's kitchen. They said yes three days later, by text. Now it's 8pm at the van and you can't remember whether you ever billed them. The software built for this is priced per technician and wants a crew schedule for a business that is just you. Jobsheet is a job book for one person. Each job lives on one screen with a status line — New, Quoted, Accepted, Invoiced, Paid — and exactly one button for whatever comes next. Tap it, the job moves forward. That is the app. THE LOOP 1. Add a customer: name, phone, address. Nothing else. 2. Create a job: title, optional notes, optional date. 3. Build a quote: description, quantity, unit price per line. The total adds up as you type. 4. Mark it sent once you've told the customer, then record their answer — accepted or declined. 5. Convert the accepted quote to an invoice. The line items carry across. You don't retype them. 6. Mark it paid: cash, check, card, or other, with an optional note. The job closes out showing the date and the amount. WHAT'S IN IT - One primary action per job, so there's never a question of what to do next. - Quotes with as many line items as the job needs, and a running total. Amounts are held to the cent. - An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one tap, line items intact. - Payment records for cash, check, card, or other. - Edit a customer's name, phone or address, a job's title, notes or date, and a quote for as long as it's still a draft. - Everything is stored on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. Close the app, restart the phone, your work is there. - Export your customers, jobs, quotes and invoices as CSV files any time, straight to the share sheet — your records are yours to take with you. - Put your business name and contact details on your quotes and invoices — or don't. Both are yours to fill in under Settings, never required. - No account to create, no sign-up, no server. The app makes no network requests at all. - The first launch is empty. If you'd rather see a finished job before you type a real one, tap Load Sample Data — the sample records are tagged and removed in one tap, without touching anything you entered yourself. - If a save can't reach storage the app tells you, keeps what you typed on screen, and offers to try again. It never pretends a save worked. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO, ON PURPOSE - No crew scheduling, dispatch, calendar or route planning. - No second user. It is structurally a one-person app. - It does not email or text quotes and invoices for you, and does not export PDFs. Mark as Sent records that you sent it your own way. - It does not process card payments. Mark as Paid is a record of money you collected, not a charge. - No photos, signatures, tax lines, mileage, expenses or reporting charts. - No sync and no automatic cloud backup. Your data lives on this iPhone only; the CSV export is the way to keep a copy elsewhere. - No undo. Deleting a customer takes their jobs, quotes and invoices with them — the co
