SIT A timer built for real sessions. The end bell rings even if your phone is locked or you switch apps mid-sit. Choose silence, or a guided track when you want company. REFLECT A short note before you sit and after you finish. Over time this becomes an honest record of what you tried and what actually happened — the thing that is impossible to reconstruct from memory later. YOUR CURRICULUM A day-by-day path from your retreat teachers, so you always know what to practise next instead of guessing. GRATITUDE AND YOUR LETTER Morning and evening gratitude entries that take a minute. And a letter you wrote to yourself, waiting for the days when sitting feels pointless. A LIBRARY OF GUIDED AUDIO AND TALKS Recordings from Jhourney facilitators, available whenever you want them. REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOU One optional daily nudge, at a time you choose. It stays off until you turn it on, and it stays quiet on days you have already practised. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Nothing you write is shared with other users. There is no feed and no social layer.
