JengaPoa is a tool that gives you transparency to track your project costs as they are incurred. The tool requires every cost to be captured and presented to you for approval. This gives not only transparency but control of your costs. The tool uses a workflow approach and requires your contractors or construction managers to capture and upload costs to the tool for your review and approval. You only pay for costs you approve. And we encourage you to insist in your contractual arrangements that JengaPoa will be your source of truth. This capability allows you to identify any overcharges, duplications or erroneous charges. JengaPoa encourages you to break-up your project into phases so you can easily manage the project. You are able to track the costs and payments by phase and you can also generate a statement for each phase. The tool captures all the supporting documentation which allows you to easily capture accounting, auditing and tax data. With JengaPoa disputes are easily resolved since all the project data including costs, payments, agreements and other documents can easily be captured and stored within the app and can easily be accessed. The tool enables you to include a budget for projects and phases and you can easily track your costs vs the budgets The project enables you to generate statements to share with your contractor and others to easily resolve any issues.
