Collection, washing, and redistribution are handled by local organizations. So how does it work? It's simple! On the app, choose your category: customer or restaurant. Are you a customer? 1. Create your account 2. Enter your bank card details 3. When you buy your takeaway meals, choose the "JeConsigne" option and present your customer QR code to the restaurant owner 4. Then pay for your meal as you normally would (credit card, cash, meal vouchers, Carlo) 6. Collect your order in a glass container 7. You have 30 days to return your container to one of the designated collection points Are you a restaurant owner? 1. Order the number of glass containers needed for your business from "JeConsigne" 2. Place your meals in these containers 3. If the customer chooses the "Order with 'JeConsigne'" option, scan the QR code on each container and then the customer's QR code 4. That's it! You don't have to do anything else; "JeConsigne" takes care of the rest, and your customer leaves satisfied. With JeConsigne, let's all act together.
