J-Food Merchant is the order and menu management app for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and stores that sell on the J-Food ordering and delivery platform. If your business is listed on J-Food, this app puts your storefront and your incoming orders in your pocket — no computer needed. Sign in with your restaurant account (phone number and password) and run your business from your phone. RECEIVE AND MANAGE ORDERS • Instant sound alert for every new order, even when the app is in the background • See each order in full: customer name, phone, address, items with photos, quantities and customer notes • Accept an order and set your preparation time — a live countdown shows how much time is left • Move an order through its stages: preparing, ready, out for delivery, delivered • Reject an order when you cannot fulfil it • Call the customer directly from the order screen • Filter orders by All, Active, Completed or Cancelled • Delivery and pickup orders are shown separately YOUR MENU, UNDER YOUR CONTROL • Add, edit and delete products with photos, price, description and sizes • Organise your menu into sections, and create or rename sections any time • Hide a product with one tap when it runs out, and show it again later • Search your menu and see how many times each product has been sold BUSINESS INSIGHTS • Today's orders, this week's orders and all-time totals at a glance • Daily orders chart for the last 10 days • Breakdown of your orders by status • Your best-selling products by quantity OPENING HOURS AND AVAILABILITY • Set opening and closing times for each day of the week, or apply one timing to every day • Open or close your store instantly when you are too busy to accept orders
