IXPRESSION Smart Connect is the app for IXPRESSION customers. Manage everything related to your installation and service in one place — wherever you are. Report a malfunction or ask a question with just a few taps, add a photo immediately, and track exactly what happens with your report. As soon as we respond, you will receive a notification on your phone. And you can see at a glance which equipment is installed at your location: your home battery, solar panels, charging station, Wi-Fi network, or camera system. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE APP • Create a report with photos and a description, which goes directly to the right technician • Track the status of all your reports and respond via the message overview • View your installed equipment and service details • Receive push notifications as soon as there is news about your report • Log in quickly and securely with Face ID, Touch ID, or your fingerprint • Manage your details and preferences LOG IN You need an IXPRESSION account for the app. Are you a customer and do you not have an account yet? Create one directly in the app using your email address — you will receive your login details by email. You always log in using your email address and a code that we send you by email.
