Do you sell and buy? iÚcto can handle both. Two everyday situations, one application and everything straight into your iÚcto accounting. No terminal, no paperwork, just your phone. WHEN YOU RECEIVE PAYMENT Are you selling goods or services and want money directly into your account? You enter the amount, the customer scans the QR code in their banking application and pays. iÚcto takes care of the payment itself and immediately issues and matches the invoice in your accounting, you just show your phone. Do you always sell the same thing? You save your favorite items as tiles and create an invoice with a few taps (Quick Sale). 1. Enter the amount. 2. Show the customer the QR code (QR Payment / SPAYD). 3. The customer pays at their bank. 4. "Paid!" - the invoice is issued, posted and matched with the payment. 5. Share the document with one tap. WHEN YOU ARE WAITING FOR PAYMENT Who hasn't paid you yet? In Issued invoices, you can see unpaid documents sorted by maturity and find a specific invoice by company name or document number. You can show the QR code to the invoice, the customer will pay from their bank and you will see "paid" on your account with instant payments before they leave. You can send the link to the invoice again at any time. And if you need to issue an invoice on the spot, you can do it from your phone: select the customer, enter the amount and send. WHEN YOU ARE SHOPPING Do you buy materials, refuel, receive a receipt or invoice? Take a photo of it right on the spot and the document is immediately among the received documents in your iAccount, before you have time to lose it. You can also select a photo from the gallery or upload a file. It supports PNG, JPG, PDF, XML, ISDOC and ISDOCX. WHEN YOU NEED A CONTACT You have your customers and suppliers at your fingertips in the Address Book. Type a few letters of the company name, open the contact card and with one tap you can call, write an email or start navigation to the address. Copy the IČO and DIČ with one tap. Everything is loaded directly from your iÚcta, you don't have to type anything.
