Move around the workspace, read each order and prepare it one step at a time. MAKE EVERY ORDER YOURSELF Pick up a cup, add tea, milk and toppings, pump the requested sweetness, seal and serve. Try freshly baked egg cakes and plan the order of batter, fillings, baking and packaging. KEEP YOUR STALL SUPPLIED Ingredients run out. Carry supply boxes back to your stations, set unfinished items on a counter, and use preparation time to get ready for the next customer. SERVE BEFORE CLOSING TIME Plan preparation and restocking around incoming orders and the rush period. Check your completed orders, revenue and customer satisfaction at the end of each round, then try to improve your service.
