Keep track of your computers, phones, and office equipment with AssetPilot. See who has each device, its current status, and its activity history. YOUR EQUIPMENT REGISTER Record asset tags, names, types, serial numbers, and purchase dates. Search and filter by status or device type, and create your own asset categories. PEOPLE AND ASSIGNMENTS Assign equipment to people, return it to inventory, or transfer it between two people. When removing a person, return their equipment while preserving historical name snapshots. ACTIVITY HISTORY Review a chronological timeline of assignments, returns, repairs, availability changes, and retirement events. PRIVATE ICLOUD SYNC Sync assets, people, types, and activity logs across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. No AssetPilot account is required. Local data entry and management remain available without an iCloud account or network connection. The current version is designed for a single administrator. It does not offer shared workspaces or team permissions across different Apple Accounts. iCloud sync is not a separate backup: deleting records also deletes them on your other synced devices. Available in English and Simplified Chinese.
