《影子採集所》是一款即時光影模擬遊戲。 拖曳太陽盤改變光源的方位與仰角。選擇水泥、畫紙、亞麻布、淺水等八種承影面，再加入最多三層遮蔽物。每一層都能調整圖案、距離、角度與尺寸，影長、半影和表面紋理會隨參數即時變化。 移動或縮放取景框後即可封存標本。每張標本會保存當時的太陽角度、承影面與遮蔽物設定，之後可還原同一個場景，也能輸出附有編號、日期與測值的 PNG 圖卡。 收集兩張標本後，可在疊影功能中選擇十種合成手法，生成新的光影標本。遊戲另有二十四種現象，會在特定的光源與遮蔽參數組合下出現。 照片拓片是選用功能。使用者主動選取的照片只會在裝置端轉為遮蔽物輪廓，不會上傳。 不需登入，沒有廣告、分析或追蹤。標本、拓片、進度與設定均保存在本機。
