ホーム画面では、テキスト入力欄に日々の出来事や気持ちを打ち込み、保存ボタンをタップするだけで簡単に記録できます。画面下部のタブを切り替えるだけで、「ホーム」「図鑑」「診断」の各機能へ直感的にアクセス可能です。ユーザーは毎日の寝る前などに今日の出来事を日記として記録します。アプリを使い続けると、蓄積されたデータをもとにAIが現在の心の状態を自動で診断。さらに、月ごとに異なる自分だけのキャラクターが生成されて図鑑にコレクションされていきます。月末には、溜まったキャラクターや診断結果を眺めながら、楽しく自分の変化を振り返ることができます。
