排班时光是一款为轮班、倒班和不规律作息人群设计的个人排班工具，帮助你把每天上什么班、几点上下班、哪天休息整理得更清楚。 【排班日历】 在日历中快速记录班次和备注，支持一天两个班次、多班表切换，并结合节日、节气和法定休假信息查看每月安排。 【班次与周期计划】 创建常用班次，设置上下班时间；通过周期计划预览并批量生成排班，减少重复录入。 【提醒与桌面小组件】 按平台使用系统日历、系统通知或系统提醒能力，在班次开始前提醒；桌面小组件可展示今日班次、月历、双周日历、倒数日和待办摘要。 【统计与导出】 按月查看排班天数、班次分布、工时和排班明细。登录且会员有效时，可生成并分享 Excel 文件。 【倒数日与待办】 记录生日、纪念日、考试等倒数事项，也可以维护日常待办，让排班和生活安排集中查看。 【本机使用与云同步】 不登录也能使用核心排班功能，游客数据默认保存在当前设备。登录后可同步班表、排班、班次、周期计划、倒数日和待办；同步冲突会保留待处理记录，不会把未确认的数据静默覆盖。 排班时光不提供公开社交、广告、金融或医疗服务。系统提醒的通知样式、铃声和后台行为以设备系统设置为准。
