為提升公共圖書館服務品質，並因應行動化與數位閱讀趨勢，臺東縣立圖書館推出專屬行動應用程式（APP），整合館藏查詢、借閱管理等功能，提供民眾更便利且個人化的圖書館服務。 透過 APP，使用者可隨時查詢各館館藏資源，掌握圖書、期刊及視聽資料之借閱狀況，並可線上預約已借出之館藏，協助民眾有效安排取書時間，提升借閱效率。 APP 亦提供個人帳號管理服務，讀者可查詢借閱中資料、到期日及歷史借閱紀錄，方便自行掌握借閱情形，降低逾期風險。此外，館方重要公告、活動訊息及閱讀推廣資訊，亦可透過 APP 查詢，讓民眾隨時掌握最新動態。 臺東縣立圖書館表示，該 APP 介面設計簡潔直覺，適合各年齡層使用，並重視資訊安全與個人資料保護，確保民眾安心使用。未來將持續依使用者回饋優化功能，深化數位服務，打造更貼近民眾生活的智慧圖書館，誠摯邀請縣民下載體驗行動閱讀的便利。
