本App為「防災圖控系統」之手機端無需註冊及免付費的應用服務程式，使用者安裝此應用程式後，系統會自動在取得手機定位的許可權限後，以使用者之經緯度座標，向「防災管理雲端服務平台」送出查詢並取得使用者位置附近約500公尺範圍內可提供火警警示訊息的防災案場資訊，當該案場有火警事件發生時，能即時將火警事件通知訊息發送至手機端，提供使用者即時防災訊息。除提供火警動作事件通知外，亦提供逃生路線圖、緊急連絡人資訊、防火會議室、宣導與服務等特定服務功能，以便讓使用者能即時、精確掌握火災現場實況、協助消防單位做好防災預備、掌控火警動態及其他後續處理事宜。
