『買樓前必備App』- 香港按揭計算機 做個精明買家，買樓前當然要計算首期、貸款、每月還款、利息等按揭開支，輕輕一按就能計算到首期及按揭開支等金額，香港按揭計算機絕對可以幫到您！ 新增AVD「從價印花稅」－ 稅率劃一為15% 根據現時的建議，除非獲豁免或另有規定，任何於2016年11月5日或以後簽立，以購買住宅物業的買賣協議，均須以建議的新「從價印花稅」稅率繳納「從價印花稅」。建議的新「從價印花稅」稅率亦適用於在該日或以後所簽立的售賣轉易契(除非相關的買賣協議於2016年11月5日之前已簽立)。現行條例下的例外／豁免情況，均會繼續沿用。因此，如買方或承讓方為代表自己行事的香港永久性居民，並於取得有關住宅物業時，在香港沒有擁有任何其他住宅物業，則建議的新「從價印花稅」稅率不適用於有關的買賣協議或售賣轉易契；第2標準稅率將適用於該買賣協議或售賣轉易契。
