「アザス」は、監督が作業現場で働く作業者に対して、現場で推奨したい日々の良い行動（ナイスアクション）を称賛することで、監督・作業者間のコミュニケーションを促進し、安全な現場運営を実現していくことを支援するスマートフォンアプリです。国内外で数多くの建設現場を運営してきた日揮グループが安全に業務遂行するために培ったノウハウをもとに開発をしています。「称賛」以外にも、現場で起こったヒヤリハットを報告・現場内へ公開する機能、現場内で設定した景品との交換機能などが搭載されています。 自身が現場から離れるとき、或いは現場の終了時には、「称賛」結果とともに業務に従事した記録を職歴として登録することも可能です。 これまでの「指摘」中心コミュニケーションから「称賛」中心のコミュニケーションに変えることで、作業現場に活気があふれるように変化し、自発的な安全行動へとつながります。
