간호사를 간호해(Nurse healing space)'는 소진(burnout)을 경험하는 간호사를 위해 개발된 애플리케이션입니다. 본 애플리케이션은 3회의 설문조사와 2회의 맞춤형 프로그램으로 구성되어 있습니다. 맞춤형 프로그램은 마음챙김명상, 웃음요법, 스토리텔링 및 반성적글쓰기, 수용전념요법의 4가지 프로그램으로, 사용자에 따라 4가지 중 1가지 프로그램이 인공지능에 기반하여 맞춤형으로 추천되며, 각 프로그램은 2주간6회기로 진행됩니다. 사용자에게는 첫번째 설문(힐링타임 전 테스트)을 통해 맞춤형 프로그램이 추천됩니다. 프로그램 후 설문(힐링타임 후 테스트)을 하고, 두번째 맞춤형 프로그램이 추천됩니다. 마지막 설문(파이널 테스트)이 완료되면 4주간의 프로그램이 종료됩니다.
