為讓學生於課後能得到更適切且妥善的照顧，除了全力配合學校規劃進行課後照顧服務之外，並要求帶班老師於教學日書寫紀錄學生點名表以及教學日誌，讓學校及本協會行政單位充分瞭解老師在課後照顧班運作之流程及事務。本協會同時也於每月定期舉辦行政會報，對當月各個老師帶班情況及突發事項進行檢討省思。藉以了解、追蹤 學生學習狀況，並對老師帶班、突發狀況處理等方面進行經驗交流與強化，進而達到最佳的帶班成效。
